1. Information We Collect

ThemeIt collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Apple Sign In: We receive a unique identifier (sub) and optionally your email address from Apple when you sign in as a creator. We never store your Apple ID email beyond what is required for your account.
• Purchase records: StoreKit 2 purchase tokens are verified server-side to confirm ownership. No payment information passes through our servers.
• Device tokens: Used solely to send push notifications about new theme releases. No user account is linked.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics with no advertising identifier (IDFA). Data is aggregated and anonymised.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the ThemeIt service — authenticating creator accounts, verifying purchases, delivering themes to your device, and sending optional push notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Data Retention

Creator accounts and purchase records are retained as long as your account is active. Device tokens are refreshed on each app launch and old tokens are overwritten. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple Sign In — governed by Apple's privacy policy
• Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics — crash reports and anonymised usage data. No IDFA.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — used to deliver push notifications
• Render.com — server hosting in the EU/US
